Located in the old farmyard, this two-bedroom holiday cottage has been converted from a Victorian cart store which would have originally served the main house. Tastefully furnished with a contemporary style, it comes complete with one kingsized pillowtop divan bed and two single divan beds.
The cottage has its own dedicated high-speed WiFi, a modern bathroom with shower and bath plus a well-equipped modern kitchen with a dining table, induction oven, hob, microwave, bean-to-cup coffee machine and dishwasher. There is also a log burner in the kitchen, perfect for the colder time of the year. The lounge has enough comfortable seating for four people, a television and a wireless speaker. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. To the front of the cottage is an enclosed patio with four chairs and a table - a perfect place for watching the world go by.
The cottage also benefits from the use of the swimming pool to the rear (open seasonally and shared by other cottages but booked by appointment for private use) and seven and a half acres of beautiful Lincolnshire meadows and woodland through the five-bar gate off the farmyard.

We are happy to accept well-behaved dogs in some of our cottages. A charge per stay applies which can be added to the booking or paid locally, so please ask if you need more information before booking.
Private car parking and undercover parking for motorcycles are available.

From Louth, take the A16 towards Grimsby. After 4 miles turn right into Ings Lane, signed for Covenham & Yarburgh. Follow Ings Lane to the fork and turn left. Continue through Covenham St Mary and into Covenham St Bartholomew. As you leave Covenham St Bartholomew turn right into Grange Lane. Covenham Holiday Cottages is located about 1/4 mile down Grange Lane on the right hand side.
